Thank you for choosing Geneva Models. We are flattered by your trust, and rest assured that we will do our utmost to ensure that your demand is satisfied in every detail.
To render our collaboration as pleasant as possible, we wish to remind you of a few simple, non-restrictive rules governing relationships between our agency, models and clients.
Legal notes:
Geneva Models is an international escort agency based in Geneva, with head offices in London. As this type of activity is legal in Switzerland, Geneva Models practices this business entirely legitimately over the whole of the territory of its country of residence.
In organizing the transfer of our models to countries other than the agency’s country of residence, Geneva Models shall take note of all information and appropriate measures it judges necessary to respect the laws and regulations in force in the destination countries.
For reasons of national legislation exclusive to France, Geneva Models is unfortunately under the obligation of refusing all forms of services or transfers over French territory.
Our team of models may include young women domiciled in France; please note that these models do not exercise any activities in their country and are available only for encounters outside of France.
Respect for Confidentiality:
The respect for the private sphere and identity of our clients is for Geneva Models an absolute priority. For this reason, we employ only people whose integrity is without fault, thus providing an assurance of total confidentiality.
We suggest to our clientele that they communicate to our agency only information that is strictly necessary towards the proper outcome of their encounter; as such, we promptly recommend to our clients to never communicate personal information to our models.
In the same spirit, the models collaborating with the Geneva Models agency are under no circumstances authorized to transmit their personal information to our clientele. In the eventuality of personal information communicated or used abusively by either of the parties, Geneva Models shall decline all responsibility.
Payment of services:
The custom during encounters with our models is that fees be paid before the rendering of pre-established services. We thank you for conforming to this practice, which will allow you to more fully profit from exquisite moments in the company of your charming partner.
In the eventuality of an extension of the basic service, please contact our agency immediately to redefine the terms of the service together.
Geneva Models proposes you pay for your services in Swiss Francs or Euros; we also accept various credit cards or other modes of payment. If you wish to make use of another currency or a card payment mode, please informer us of this when finalizing your reservation.
Geneva Models is an agency based in Switzerland, thus the Swiss Franc is the common currency. Please note that the fees specified on our site in Euros are subject to variations in accordance with currency fluctuations.
The exchange rate is the currency bank rate of the day, without surcharges or commissions.
A 10% surcharge is systematically applied to all credit card payments.
By informing us beforehand, payments can also be made via bank or postal transfer of funds. Considering the relative delay involved, this type payment is only feasible for encounters planned sufficiently in advance.
Reservations made via e-mail or SMS are payable in advance by credit card or bank transfer; the services can only be rendered once the amount has been credited to agency’s account. No refunds are possible in the eventuality of a cancellation of services.
For extended services or trips to Switzerland or abroad, Geneva Models reserves the right to request payment in advance for all or a part of the service.
For sojourns by our models abroad, accommodations and subsistence allowances will be charged exclusively to the client, and only travel conditions, accommodations and subsistence allowances in total agreement with our agency’s high standards and the standing of our models will be accepted.
We propose only very beautiful young women, use only real and recent photographs on our website, and provide faithful descriptions of our models. In spite of this, if the person requested does not suit you upon her arrival, you have the right to not go forward with the encounter. Under such circumstances, we request that you compensate the model a minimum sum of CHF 150.- for lost time and travel expenses incurred; this reasonable amount represents a customary compensation in force in the majority of high-level agencies.
Transfers and reservations:
The flat rate for a transfer for one of our models to downtown Geneva is CHF 50.- and must be added to the price of the service.
For transfers outside the Geneva downtown area, the calculation and charge to the client of the model’s transfer expenses will be based on real costs, e.g. on presentation of taxi remittances or train tickets. In the eventuality the agency makes its chauffeur available to the model, the cost of transfer expenses will be added to the price of the service, after having informed the client and come to an agreement.
For travel by our models abroad, round-trip travel expenses will be charged exclusively to the client, and must be paid in advance, as Geneva Models does not, under any circumstances, pay expenses in advance for its clients.
Booking delays (time required between your request and the arrival of our model) may vary from one model to another, and one period in the year to another (e.g. vacations). In essence, for escort services for downtown Geneva, our booking delay varies from 45 minutes to 1hr, and from 1hr30 to 2hr30 within a 80km radius of downtown Geneva.
For longer distances or for short or long trips, please consult with us to specify the most realistic reservation duration, taking into account the planned destination and availability of the model concerned.
Since some of our models are highly requested, we recommend you plan ahead of time in making reservations.
Code of ethics:
It is strictly forbidden to incite our models to make use of narcotics or medication. Similarly, please do not encourage our models to consume an excessive amount of alcohol.
It is strictly forbidden to film or photograph our models without their formal authorization.
In the eventuality one or more of the above warnings are not headed, our models can put an end to an encounter immediately. Under such circumstances, the client cannot request a refund for services.
Should any doubts or arguments arise, please contact us without delay and we will do our utmost to find a quick and satisfying solution, allowing you to maintain a pleasant and long-lasting relationship with our agency.
The tribunal of Geneva shall preside over any legal proceedings.
